Dear Parents,
It's was a delight to share Tuesday morning with those parents who joined me for our termly Principal’s Coffee Morning. It was great to be able to celebrate some of the student’s recent academic achievements, to update on some of the staffing changes and curriculum changes now in place for this year and to showcase some of the facilities developments that took place over the summer.
In addition, I was able to share the key elements of our School Development Plan and also our school self-evaluation process which we are undertaking this year as part of our CIS/WASC re accreditation. Part of this self-study is a Community Survey which we will be sending out to all stakeholders next week.
Please can I ask all of you to take a few minutes to read the email, click on the link and give us your feedback. We will be doing the same with students and staff to ensure a well-rounded perspective. Thank you for your attention to this small task as you partner with us as a school over the coming years. For those parents who were not able to join me on Tuesday, I have attached the slideshow for your reference.
Wishing you a restful weekend with your families.
Kind regards.
Richard Vaughan
Principal
We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
Thank you to all families who joined us to be entertained with our Secondary theatre production of A Little Shop of Horrors this week.
From Sunday onwards, we have had our CIS/WASC visiting team here at school. This has been a great opportunity to share all the wonderful things that we are providing for our students across all sections and to gain further insight and ideas to help us improve even further.
