Frances Morton

Principal

Frances qualified as a teacher in 1994 in the UK, and spent three years teaching there before joining the international circuit. She has taught in the USA, the UAE, New Zealand, Argentina, and Colombia, and for 12 years has been a senior IBDP examiner.

Sarah Newton

Head of Secondary

An experienced educator, Sarah was born and raised in the UK. After leaving the country, she worked at international schools in Egypt and China, before joining Northbridge in 2022.

Aidan Stallwood

Head of Primary

Originally from London, in the United Kingdom, Aidan has been a senior leader for 12 years in three schools, in which time he has been afforded unique experiences to lead on developing curriculums that best fit a school's context. After working at our sister NAE school in Guangzhou, he returned to the familiarity of the Nord Anglia family.

Linus Heilpern

Director of Admissions & Marketing

Originally from the USA, Linus is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience at leading full-service and media agencies. Specializing in client management, strategy, and digital transformation, he has worked on some of the world’s most beloved brands. Having spent the last 12+ years in China, he's ready to start a new chapter in Cambodia.

Sarah Newton

Head of Secondary

An experienced educator, Sarah was born and raised in the UK. After leaving the country, she worked at international schools in Egypt and China, before joining Northbridge in 2022.

Aidan Stallwood

Head of Primary

Kohulan Jeganathan

Deputy Head of Secondary and IBDP Coordinator

Before joining Northbridge to teach IBDP Chemistry in 2016, Kohulan specialised in genetics and bioinformatics in Canada. In 2021 he was promoted to Deputy Head of Secondary.

Karel van der Linden

Deputy Head of Primary

Karel was born in Thailand, grew up in the UK and is a Dutch national. He has almost 20 years of experience as an educator and has worked in the UK, Thailand and Singapore before coming to Cambodia. With a daughter at school, he was extremely excited to join the team at NISC and his family enjoy what Cambodia has to offer.

Donita Bell

Assistant Head of Primary and PYP Coordinator

Before joining Northbridge, Donita worked in Australia and China as an Early Years and Primary grade leader, and PYP educator. Her values of belonging, compassion and playful inquiry are her guide for action towards the importance of communication, life-long learning and building connections with each other and the environment.

Robert Alexander

Deputy Head of Secondary

Robbie is passionate about the holistic education of young people and helping our students to find the balance between excellent academic outcomes, character development and positive wellbeing. He is also a teacher of Economics and Business and really enjoys teaching topics which engage the students and facilitate critical thinking. Robbie has been in South East Asia for 8 years now and NISC is his third Nord Anglia Education school.

Linus Heilpern

Chamnan Heng

Admissions Manager

Before joining Northbridge in 2018, Phnom Penh native Chamnan worked for several of the city’s major international five-star hotels, where she handled various accounts including tour operators and travel agents, government departments, and global airlines.
