PACKAGE INFORMATION, FEES, AND INSURANCE

From hotels to hospitality, we've ensured your child’s needs will be met throughout the entire event.

Global Games Student Package

Our Global Games package includes the following:

  • Round trip flight transportation and baggage fees as well as bus transfers to/from Orlando airport
  • Round trip ground transportation to Orlando for North Broward Preparatory students.
  • Daily bus service in Orlando from hotels to Windermere Preparatory School and to evening activities
  • Hotel accommodation (except Windermere Prep students)
  • Overnight private security guards at the hotels
  • Meals beginning with dinner on Tuesday, November 29 through breakfast on Saturday, December 3.
  • Nightly entertainment: Welcome Dinner, Medieval Times Dinner Show, Main Event, and Islands of Adventure
  • Global Games uniform t-shirts, socks, sweatshirt, luggage tag, and swag bag
  • Sports package: referees, hydration, sports equipment rental, onsite first-aid clinics, awards, Olympic Village activities, and more.

Payment Options

Details of payment options are available on the registration form. A one-time full payment must be made. ALL payments must be made IN FULL by Friday, September 30, 2022.


Individual Insurance Coverage

Students living in the US: we strongly recommend purchasing individual travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage.  You will find insurance options in the following sites:

Students living outside of the US: we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in the student's home country. The travel insurance should include COVID-19 coverage.


COVID-19 considerations for the 2022 Global Games:

  • We strongly recommend all Global Games attendees be fully vaccinated.
  • We will continue to monitor CDC guidelines closely and implement protocols as mandated by health authorities in the State of Florida.
