Secondary school is a critical time for developing intellectually, socially and emotionally. At TBS Warsaw, our learning approach for Years 7 to 11 is based on the widely respected English National Curriculum – Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Our Key Stage 3 programme ensures that children make a smooth transition from primary to secondary education. This stage emphasises the importance of core competencies in literacy, numeracy and science. Students build skills in analysis, research and critical thinking as they tackle issues of local, national and global significance, connecting their classroom learning to real-world applications.
In Key Stage 4, our students develop deeper knowledge and independence as they prepare for their International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) assessment. This well-balanced curriculum supports each student’s academic, social and personal growth. Our results speak for themselves: in the previous academic year, 37% of our IGCSE students achieved at least eight As or A*s, helping them to obtain admissions offers from top universities.
