Creative writing contest develops students’ international awareness
One of the advantages of Northbridge being part of the Nord Anglia family of schools is the opportunity it allows us to connect with students around the world. This year, through Global Campus, Nord Anglia Education is holding a worldwide creative writing contest to develop our students’ international awareness centered on the UNESCO Sustainable Development World Goal 4: Quality Education through shared learning experiences.

How to foster a love of reading
In last week’s Primary blog, Kate Watson-Penhall discussed the importance of building reading stamina in young students. Many Primary students enjoy reading and value their library time. Once students reach Secondary, they are less likely to read for enjoyment. Students choose to spend their free time in other ways, engaging more with friends, extra curricular activities, and technology.
