Speaking at the IPSEF London conference today, Professor Deborah Eyre (Education Director) joined a panel of experts to focus on the question of how best to recruit outstanding principals and senior leaders into international schools.
Professor Eyre stressed the importance that Nord Anglia Education places on this issue, stating that the quality of senior leaders and teachers are critical in the quest to create great schools. She outlined Nord Anglia Education's bespoke approach to the recruitment of senior school leaders and also to talent development through Nord Anglia University.
Following the panel presentations, a lively discussion ensued in which everyone agreed that given the rapid growth in the number of international schools, the issue of recruiting top quality leaders would remain a key challenge for the future.
