The new purpose-built secondary school includes 10 classroom, 5 science laboratories and a library to allow an enriched learning environment for students at NAISAK. Next to the new sports facilities that were completed in 2018, we have a 25-metre swimming pool including changing rooms. The shaded swimming pool is a great addition to the facilities, as it will be used for swimming lessons during the warmer months as well as to host swimming competitions between schools in Qatar.
With the new extended campus, students will benefit from having additional space. For the first time, a multi-purpose studio for drama, dance and assemblies will be available to integrate fully the curriculum from The Juilliard School.
NAISAK is an ambitious school that has rapidly grown through the support of our local community and our global Nord Anglia Education family of schools. NAISAK can offer students aged 3-18 years old unparalleled educational opportunities, with its collaborations with world-leading organisations such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), The Juilliard School and UNICEF. We embrace innovation to ensure students and teachers have the skills and knowledge they will need to succeed and thrive in the future.
As part of the Nord Anglia Education family of schools, NAISAK shares resources and knowledge with 61 other schools around the world. Nord Anglia’s bespoke Global Campus program connects NAISAK students with other students in Nord Anglia Education schools in 28 different countries worldwide.
Teachers at NAISAK are primarily UK qualified and are passionate about students’ learning. They are energetic, vibrant and perhaps most importantly, caring. We appreciate that a student’s well-being is essential to the realising of their academic potential. We are proud of the feedback we receive regarding our warm and welcoming school community.
Our school offers a curriculum model that enables students to benefit from the rigour of the English National Curriculum in English, Mathematics and Science. We offer IGCSEs in Years 10 and 11. Additionally, Advanced levels (A levels) are offered in Years 12 and 13. The benefits of inquiry are achieved through the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) and cross-curricular projects in Secondary. This equips our students to be internationally-minded citizens with the necessary skills and confidence to navigate the rapidly evolving world of the 21st century.
