JOIN NAISAK FOR A JANUARY 2025 START DATE
We hosted our 6th annual Science Fair on Wednesday 7 February where we showcased some of the scientific learning that takes place at NAISAK. We are pleased that this was our biggest event with nearly fifty exhibits and 120 students participating. Mr Pontich opened the event commenting that the Science Fair is one of his favourite events of the year. There was a wide range of experiments that were investigated such as pressure, electricity, acids and bases, light, sound and many more. Students aptly and proudly were able to demonstrate their projects to their teachers and other students.
Here are some of the comments from the participants:
“This year’s Science Fair looked special as there were many new experiments presented by my own friends so I loved being with them and learning”
“I was a little disappointed when my experiment had an issue on the day of set up, however, I worked really hard to set it right and it worked!”
“My experiment was really simple and I saw my friends performing such complex ones. I will choose a better experiment next time”
Here are some thoughts that the viewers put across:
“The hydraulic claw machine was my favourite.I loved the way it picked up the candies and it worked so well”
“I wish I had more time to go around. I wanted to see more.”
“The home made dispenser machine was amazing as it could serve three different drinks. I got to drink all.”
