For the 2024-25 academic year, our fees are as follows:
Application stage
All prospective families will complete an application form for their child. At this stage, we charge a non-refundable Application Fee of 3,500,000 VND per child. This covers the administrative costs of each application and an age-appropriate entrance assessment if required.
Enrolment stage
Once you've completed the entrance assessment and we've offered your child a place, we'll ask you to formally accept. You'll need to agree to our terms and conditions and pay a one-time non-refundable Registration Fee of 70,800,000 VND* to secure your place.
For the early years, the Registration Fee is 23,600,000 VND. When a child moves to primary school, you'll need to pay the difference.
A payment of 35,400,000 VND per child is required as a Security Deposit when the child joins the school. This will be refunded when your child leaves the school, after you've provided 90 calendar days’ written notice. If parents don't submit the Withdrawal Notification Form 90 days before the student’s last day then the school has no obligation to return the deposit.
Tuition fees
Our tuition fees are inclusive of school lunches, day trips/visits, and compulsory student health insurance.
Some instrumental lessons, some extra-curricular activities, residential trips, uniform fees, and school buses are charged separately.
