I joined BIS Hanoi as a School Counsellor and Psychotherapist in 2021, after working at Dulwich College in Yangon, Myanmar. I have also lived in Tokyo, Barcelona and Prague, where I worked as an EFL (English as a Foreign language) Teacher, before completing my PGCE at Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
I taught in London for 9 years before relocating to The British School of Kathmandu, where I worked as a teacher and Head of Learning Support. After meeting my wife, we returned to the UK to start a family and retrain. Upon completing my training, I worked as a therapist for the NHS and UK Mental Health charities before moving to Yangon. I now have three children, two of whom are in Primary School here at BIS Hanoi.
