Year 6 kicked off their end-of-year celebrations with a school Disco this week. Organised by Mr. Wray and a wonderful set of parents from Year 6, the event was a massive success!
The children arrived early at BIS Hanoi for a fun evening of dancing, singing, and all-round celebration.
With a soundtrack provided by our very own Mr. Callan and DJ Koi Nguyen in Year 4, the Auditorium was magically transformed into a wonderland of food, drink, and non-stop dancing.
Particular highlights included the hanging doughnuts games; an 80-person conga dance line; and a selfie photo booth where the children could dress up and pose with their friends.
All decorations made were from recyclable materials, whilst the parent and school community generously provided food and drink as well as prizes.
Overall, it was the perfect way for Year 6 to celebrate the end of their time in Primary school.

We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
Thank you to all families who joined us to be entertained with our Secondary theatre production of A Little Shop of Horrors this week.
From Sunday onwards, we have had our CIS/WASC visiting team here at school. This has been a great opportunity to share all the wonderful things that we are providing for our students across all sections and to gain further insight and ideas to help us improve even further.
