The year 11 students have worked extremely hard over the last 2 years and there are mixed emotions with staff and students as the final lessons are conducted before the students start their exam leave at the end of this week. The students are free to choose the strategy that best works for them as individuals, and whilst some will prefer to still come to school and work in the library each day, others will develop routines whereby they stay at home if they don’t have an exam and do their independent study outside school. Though lessons may have finished, teachers will still be available for assistance, and students should make sure that they are regularly checking their school email and Google classrooms to make sure that they are aware of any final revision sessions that are being run by their teachers.
As a staff here at British International School Hanoi, we wish all of the students who are preparing to take their external exams, the very best of luck, and that they are rewarded for the effort that they have put into their studies.
