Greetings from a cold, but sunny, London. As indicated last week, I am in London attending the Nord Anglia Education Recruitment event called OTOS (Outstanding Teachers for Outstanding Schools).

All the Principals from NAE schools from around the world are here with the target of recruiting high quality teachers. I have to say that for the positions we have advertised we have received a large number of strong applications and I am confident that we will have more excellent teachers at British International School Hanoi to join our existing quality staff for the next academic year. What has been very clear so far this week, from the feedback I have received, is that British International School Hanoi is a very well respected school within the NAE family and that Hanoi is being seen by more and more teachers as an attractive place to live and work. I will return to Hanoi next Monday for the final two days before the Tet holiday. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our Vietnamese families a very peaceful and happy Tet. I sincerely hope that the Year of the Rooster is a great one for all of us - Chuc Mung Nam Moi to you all.
