A big congratulations to our students who took part in No Boarders MUN on the weekend of the 12th - 13th of September. This is the first online MUN conference with BIS students debating with delegates from 11 countries ranging from Europe to the United States of America.
Students at BIS Hanoi, part of the global Nord Anglia Education family of schools, are celebrating after receiving their long-awaited IGCSE results with 95% pass rate.
For the past eight weeks our Year 11 students have been following a bespoke curriculum; the IB Preparation Course. The objective of this programme has been to challenge our students with subject knowledge and skills development beyond that of the IGCSE course.
For Secondary parents, we are inviting them to login to the new BIS Parent Portal, where parents can access to academic reports, study timetable, communications and house points. In the first instance, we are trialing the process with Secondary students.
This term, our Key Stage 3 students participated in the MIT Challenges as part of their STEAM Curriculum, under the guidance of our teachers. After a period of planning the projects, this week, as teams, they presented their approaches to the challenge.

After releasing impressive IB Diploma results in July 2019, we has recently announced some more achievements of the Class of 2019 with more than 80 acceptances from prestigious educational institutions worldwide including world-leading universities within the Ivy League and Russell Group.
On December 11 & 12, students from different age groups and nationalities came together, after months of practicing, to bring audiences an amazing Secondary Production: Elf The Musical. The festive stage show attracted over 500 paying audience members throughout the two-night run with many compliments on their excellent performances.
On Saturday, 23rd November, British International School Hanoi (BIS Hanoi) hosted the Hanoi Activities Conference (HAC) Maths Olympiad. 14 schools around Hanoi participated in the competition, which consisted of four rounds of fun and challenging mathematical activities.
